Receiving this grant for 3D printers has been a transformative opportunity for our elementary school. With the funds, we were able to purchase multiple student-friendly 3D printers, and filament, that allows even our youngest learners to bring their ideas to life. These resources have been integrated into our Makerspace and classrooms, giving students hands-on access to cutting-edge technology that many would not otherwise experience.

The impact on our students has been incredible. Instead of simply learning about concepts, students are now designing, creating, and problem-solving in real time. They are using critical thinking skills to plan their designs, revising their work when challenges arise, and experiencing the satisfaction of turning an idea into a physical object. From creating models to support science lessons to designing solutions for real-world problems, students are developing creativity, perseverance, and confidence.

For many of our students, this is their first exposure to this type of technology, and it is opening doors to future careers in engineering, design, and technology. Beyond academics, it is building excitement for learning and helping students see themselves as innovators and creators.

This grant has not just provided equipment—it has expanded opportunities, inspired curiosity, and empowered our students to think bigger about what they can achieve. We are incredibly grateful for the support, as it is making a lasting difference in the educational experiences of our children.
