With the grant from the Lawton Public Schools Foundation (LPSF), I was able to purchase electronic balances for students to be able to use while conducting chemistry labs. Before these balances, multiple groups of students only had two electronic balances to use to get a chemistry lab completed, which made the lab tedoius. The lab that was conducted went much smoother as each group of students were abole to use their own electronic balance and be able to complete the lab without having to wait for one to come available. The students really liked having their own equipment to complete labs at their own pace and not feel rushed. My students and I would like to again thank LPSF for the grant to get these electronic balances.
