Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! This grant helped provide much needed hands-on learning materials for my pre-k class serving mostly military children! Little kids learn best by doing and manipulating real objects. That is why this grant was so valuable for my class. Play is the work of a child and they are also socializing while “playing” with the materials, another huge aspect for pre-K! As a pre-K teacher, we can never have enough resources. Things get broken over time and it’s important to replenish resources. I’m so thankful for this grant and all who donated to make it possible. Thank you so much for investing in the students and teachers in the Lawton/Fort Sill community! My kids and I felt like it was Christmas all over again when we received our grant materials!
